What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the Continental United-States. Due to COVID 19 please expect some delays.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders and 3-5 business days for all other orders once payment has been verified and received. We will ship to the address given at the time of checkout. We assume no responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages confirmed as delivered, but not received are the customers responsibility to locate. Once packages are dispatched from NicoleElise we are no longer liable. Please contact your local USPS to investigate a lost package.
What methods of payment do you take?
We take all major credit cards and PayPal.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by destination location and weight of package.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We do not accept returns on custom orders or fabric bundles. There are no exceptions
Ready to wear orders and accessories we do accept exchange in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The exchange request is made within 5 days of delivery
- The return is made within 7 days of the return or exchange request
